This application is named HunaLink (hereinafter, the “App”). The developer is Hangzhou Chechacha Xindian Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter, “we/us/the Company”). Email: autoretsworld@gmail.com. We respect and protect the personal privacy rights of all users who use our services. This App will use and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We will treat such information with a high degree of diligence and prudence. Unless otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, without your prior permission, we will not disclose such information externally or provide it to any third party. We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By agreeing to the HunaLink User Service Agreement, you are deemed to have agreed to all contents of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy is an integral and inseparable part of the HunaLink User Service Agreement.

1. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

“Personal information” refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or by other means that can, alone or combined with other information, identify a specific natural person or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.

We will only collect and use your personal information for the purposes described in this Policy.

2. Registering as a User

To create an account, you need to provide the following information: your name, email address, the username and password you create, etc.

During registration, if you provide the following additional information, it will help us provide you with better services and experience: mobile phone number, job position, company, education background, etc. However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect the use of the basic functions of this service.

The above information you provide will continue to authorize us to use it during your use of this service. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.

The above information will be stored within the territory of the People’s Republic of China. If cross-border transfer is required, we will obtain your separate authorization and consent.

3. Scope of Information We May Access

(a) Audio recordings, photos, files

When you use functions such as uploading images/files or scanning QR codes, we will request your authorization for permissions related to files, photos, and audio recording, and collect the images, videos, and file information you provide (e.g., photos you take and upload to us). If you refuse to grant permissions or provide content, you will not be able to use the corresponding function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions of the software. You can also revoke such permissions at any time in settings. After you revoke authorization, we will stop collecting such information and will be unable to provide the corresponding services; however, unless you delete your information in accordance with the law, your revocation will not affect our processing and storage of information based on your prior authorization.

(b) Microphone, camera, speaker

When you use audio/video call functions, we will request your authorization for permissions related to microphone, camera, and speaker. If you refuse, you will not be able to use the corresponding function, but it will not affect your normal use of other functions. You can also revoke such permissions at any time in settings.

(c) Third-party SDKs

This software integrates GeTui (个推) offline push SDK to implement offline push notifications. Therefore, the data we collect may include: SDK/API/JS code version, browser, ISP, IP address, platform, timestamp, app identifier, app version, distribution channel, unique device identifiers, iOS advertising identifier (IDFA), Android advertiser identifier, network card (MAC) address, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), device model, device manufacturer, OS version, language/region, time zone, network status (Wi‑Fi, etc.), disk, CPU and battery usage, etc.

4. Sharing

We will not share your personal information with any other company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:

(a) Sharing with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your personal information with other parties.

(b) Legal compliance: We may share your personal information as required by laws and regulations, or by mandatory requirements of competent authorities.

(c) Sharing with our affiliates: Your personal information may be shared with our affiliated companies. We will only share necessary personal information and will be bound by the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy. If an affiliate changes the purpose of processing, it will seek your authorization and consent again.

(d) Sharing with authorized partners: Only to achieve the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy, some of our services are provided by authorized partners. We may share certain personal information with partners to provide better customer service and user experience. For example, third‑party analytics providers may need to collect and access personal data for statistical analysis. In such cases, these companies must comply with our data privacy and security requirements. We only share personal information that is necessary to provide the service.

(a) This App will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party, unless we obtain your prior permission, or such third party and this App (including our affiliates) provide services to you alone or jointly; after the service ends, such third party will be prohibited from accessing all such materials it previously could access.

(b) This App does not allow any third party to collect, edit, sell, or disseminate your personal information by any means. If any platform user engages in the above activities, once discovered, this App has the right to immediately terminate the service agreement with that user.

7. Disclosure of Information

In the following circumstances, this App may disclose your personal information in whole or in part, according to your wishes or as required by law:

(a) With your prior consent, to a third party;

(b) To share with a third party in order to provide the products and services you requested;

(c) As required by law, or by administrative or judicial authorities, to third parties or such authorities;

(d) If you violate relevant Chinese laws/regulations, this App’s service agreement, or related rules, and disclosure to a third party is necessary;

(e) If you are an eligible intellectual property complainant and have filed a complaint, at the request of the respondent, to disclose to the respondent so that both parties may handle potential rights disputes;

(f) In a transaction created on this App platform, if one party performs or partially performs transaction obligations and requests information disclosure, this App has the right to decide to provide the requesting user with necessary information such as contact details of the counterparty to facilitate completion of the transaction or resolution of disputes;

(g) Other disclosures deemed appropriate by this App in accordance with laws, regulations, or website policies.

8. Storage and Exchange of Information

Information and materials collected about you will be stored on the servers of this App and/or its affiliates. Such information and materials may be transmitted to and stored and displayed in your country/region.

9. Use of Cookies

(a) Unless you refuse cookies, this App will set or access cookies on your computer so that you can log in or use services/functions that rely on cookies.

(b) You have the right to choose to accept or refuse cookies. You can refuse cookies by modifying your browser settings. If you refuse cookies, you may not be able to log in or use certain network services or functions that rely on cookies.

(c) Information obtained through cookies set by this App will be subject to this Policy.

10. Information Security

This App accounts have security protection. Please properly keep your username and password information. This App will take security measures such as encrypting user passwords to ensure your information is not lost, misused, or altered. Despite the above security measures, please note that there are no “perfect security measures” on information networks.

11. Correction/Deletion of User Information and Account Cancellation

(a) To correct user information or delete personal information, please do so via the Personal Information module settings and account cancellation features.

(b) To cancel an account, click the “Cancel Account” button on the “Me” page. The system will automatically clear the user’s login information and the account can no longer be used to log in.

(c) If manual processing is needed, this App undertakes to complete verification and processing within no more than fifteen (15) working days.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

(a) If we decide to change the Privacy Policy, we will post such changes in this Policy, on the Company website, and/or in locations we deem appropriate so that you can understand how we collect and use your personal information, who can access it, and under what circumstances we may disclose it.

(b) If you wish to withdraw consent regarding the personal information collection described in this Policy, please contact our staff or email 137xxxx9827@163.com, and we will reply within fifteen (15) working days.

(c) The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time, so please review it regularly. If we make material changes, the Company will notify you via website notice.

As required by relevant authorities, this may also be used for emergency warning notifications. We may use merged-link technology: when one device has multiple App push links active, we may randomly merge them into one link to save power and data. When there are offline push messages pending delivery, the association launch feature may deliver offline messages. You can enable/disable this service; disabling may reduce message reach while increasing power/data consumption. For full functionality, the GeTui service may remain enabled in both foreground and background.

We integrate SDKs/APIs provided by partners in our services. We conduct strict security checks on partner SDKs/APIs and require strict data protection measures, so that they process personal information according to this Policy and relevant confidentiality and security measures. (a) Our product is developed based on DCloud uni-app (5+ App/Wap2App). During app runtime, we need to collect your device unique identifiers (IMEI/android ID/DEVICE_ID/IDFA, SIM card IMSI information, OAID) to provide statistical analysis services, and improve performance and user experience through startup data and crash/error log analysis, to provide better services. (b) Push notification service provider: Daily Interaction Co., Ltd. provides push technical services. To improve work efficiency, we may provide your device platform, manufacturer, brand, device identifiers and other device information, app list information, network information, the list of installed package names, and location-related information to Daily Interaction Co., Ltd., for push notification technical services, so that we can push announcements/notifications from time to time. When pushing messages, we may authorize Daily Interaction Co., Ltd. to perform link tuning and mutual activation of closed SDK push processes, to ensure you can receive push messages in time.
